Greg Oakley has more than twenty-five years of experience in many types of litigation in federal and state courts. For the past fifteen years, Mr. Oakley’s practice has been focused on complex commercial litigation, including contract disputes, franchise litigation, real estate litigation and employment litigation. Mr. Oakley has extensive experience in litigation involving business torts such as fraud and contract interference. Mr. Oakley has extensive experience with jury and non-jury trials and has handled everything from half-day bench trials to a multi-week complex commercial class action trial.
In addition to his litigation work Mr. Oakley counsels clients in various industries regarding business formation, contracts, regulatory compliance and litigation avoidance. Mr. Oakley’s commercial litigation experience assists him in drafting operating agreements shareholder agreements, and many types of contracts. Mr. Oakley currently serves as corporate counsel for area small businesses, providing legal advice and drafting contracts and agreements.
